Amity's Return or Exchange Policy....

We advise that you read, understand and fully agree to the details of all returns policies prior to making an order with myamity.ie.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be delighted to give you a refund. Just simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt along with this returns form filled out.

We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

Please note www.myamity.ie is a separate entity to Amity Store on French Church Street.   The return or exchange policy is separate to that of the French Church Street Store. All returns must be posted to this address. Any sale made within www.myamity.ie cannot be returned in person to the French Church Street Store.

Please note:

• You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 14 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
• The www.myamity.ie team will contact you once your return has been received to make refund/exchange if we cannot contact you at the time we will send you an email you must contact us back within five working days to claim your refund

Order Cancellations

Under the Ireland / United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from www.myamity.ie, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made over the phone between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If you have placed an order over the weekend or on an evening please call on the next working day. Due to our quick turn over there may be a chance your order may have already been processed and for this reason the order must be cancelled before 11am. If you call after this time and your order is sent out, then it is your responsibility to return the item.

Please note that:

• All refunds can and will be made only if you provide your name, address and order ID enclosed with fully tagged products.

• Due to security reasons your card details will not be stored on our system. Therefore upon receipt of your return we will call you in order to obtain the card details. Please note that we can only speak to the account holder and we can only refund to the original card used when placing the order.  

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item? :

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
